I feel like this entire album is devoid of emotion, it's like they just forgot about it. Like you said, it's not that Vincy's incapable of delivering emotion (I really loved her first few albums), but this cover/Hi-Fi album is really pedestrian. The arrangements are not particularly interesting (despite the amount of money put into production) and Vincy sounds bored. I know that I've voiced my opinion about her still staying in EEG, but I feel like her heart isn't in it anymore. She can't win with cover or original albums. Maybe it's time for her to get married and start a family? |
