It is because Joey and Juno each only released ONE CD in 2015, whereas others released multiple CD / DVD / Blu-ray (e.g. Sukie - 聽聽 CD + 聽聽 SACD + 聽聽 Vinyl; Miriam - Let's Begin Concert 2015 CD + Let's Begin Concert 2015 DVD + Let's Begin Concert 2015 Blu-ray + 如果大家都擁有海). Multiple releases in a single year do add up!!

Juno released very few limited edition of "Addendum" and not many people bought the regular version, so the results make sense.
