Joyce's results this year is not ideal, but Metro did top all of her songs this year (3 number 1 songs) so its reasonable in their standards. Ivana most likely confirmed her attendance around the time Universal decide to boycott, but Ivana does have great songs this year and active and have comparable results in the charts compared to JW (if not better). Janice is the sure winner this year for female singers so understandable why Gin Lee and her company boycott.
Well Jw can prepare to get nothing at 903 this year. I sure hope she does not win the my favorite singer award. Overall, JW has less bargaining power compared to 2016 and her results are quite average due to strong competition this year.
