提名原因：When we think of duet from these two, we mostly think of 手望(守望版). But this song showcases their talent well and the meta lyrics pinpoint this match-in-heaven feel of these two artists. The ascending in pitch melody also build nicely until they really are "高八度唱歌". A perfect fusion of melody, lyrics, and vocals, all playing well with each other.

提名原因：You must have heard this before: a group hits a critical moment, usually around the 7th year (8th in this case), where there is not much new ground to cover and people are essentially bored. The quick fix? Solo projects. What Fama was able to do in this case transcends all expectations, creating one of their most varied album. There are touching songs (偉大航道, 奇蹟), funny songs (韓國勁舞權, 吹摯友) and my favorite song of the whole album 愛 不愛我, a song with such immense impact that its youtube view counts is higher than half of the 903 top 10 of that year. The way that Fama were able to infuse the personalities and sounds of two premier artists (方大同 and 王菀之) into such thoughtful matches is a miracle indeed. We don't really hear these Fama's music anymore. Judging from their EEG's outputs, it may be for the best. But I am always glad we have one great album to remember what these two artists were able to do at their peak.

提名原因：After his <藍/奕/邦> trilogy, Pong moved from his more emo stage and into a groovier and happier stage that would net him many top tens from me, such as eligible songs like 斗零踭. But I want to highlight a song of his instead of one he wrote for others. I started working in Hong Kong in September of 2011 and this song was very pivotal in getting me relaxed after some tough hours here. Many songs want to create an image of fun. This song can do that and then more. It is definitely a 妙藥靈丹 for struggling Hong Kongers everywhere.

提名原因：Chinese people are notoriously prudish, and Cantopop songs about sex are rare indeed. The nomination for this song is not JUST because it is confidently exploring a subject that gets no attention in Cantopop lyrics, but also because it uses its dance music backing well. Before Dear Jane hits it big with endless sad love songs (coincidentally also starting in 2012 with 到此為止), they are band that is fun and always willing to push the boundaries of what Hong Kong pop is about. This is a great example of that.

提名原因：Still my favorite album from a band that is much maligned. The copying issues aside, the heart and soul of this band is well apparent in this album about dream chasing and keeping on even in tough times. 人一世物一世 and 昨天 are also my go to examples of just how fun and how serious this band can be when they go with their own creations. Is the complaints from 良知門 a little unearned? Probably...but it is still a rollicking fun song that played its emotion well, just like the rest of this album.
