A very thoughtful look. I was actually thinking the other day on why CM hates someone like Phil Lam but love Terrence Lam. In terms of vocal, Phil's would be a lot more pleasing for me. Is it just for the reasons you wrote in terms of "technical skills", i.e. Phil is more traditional but weaker? I am curious what you think about this.

That's actually very good and interesting, and already way more actual critique than most have on Phil Lam. Thanks. I also think it is nice that someone try to defend Terrence that goes beyond "he is so pretty", even though he is really not my cup of tea.

I also took a long time to think who Terrence has always reminded me of: 假音人--陳浩峰. But it has been well over a decade since I heard anything of 假音人.
