The quotes around "Lonely" makes it ok grammatically again. Whether it is a good save on Universal part or it really was Riley's intention, at least it works in the context of the song ("Lonely" = 這種一個人的歌).

I mostly agree. Sometimes ("Mad U So") it really takes me out of the song if the grammar is very wrong. (And I doubt that is the songwriter's intention). But I like putting the quotes around Lonely as it gives it another meaning and things now work no matter how we look at it.
